The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Manchester, across from the Convention Centre and close to major city attractions. The rooms were typical of a Premier Inn - clean, comfortable, and spacious, although my stay was disturbed by a noisy street party. The staff, especially Solange, provided exceptional service, making our stay very memorable, despite some minor hiccups in the restaurant. The hotel's dining options were satisfactory, with a mix of positives and negatives. Overall, a decent stay with good value for money.
